Our Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) Program consists of three classes (EKG 65 hours, Phlebotomy 80 hours, and CCMA 135 hours) and is a total of 280 hours.
Upon completion of this program and passing three National Healthcareer Association (NHA) exams the student will be able to assist a doctor with a variety of tasks in a clinical setting including, but not limited to, assisting physicians during exams, interviewing and educating patients, measuring and recording vital signs and administering injections.
The CCMA program consists of:
Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) 80 Hours
Certified EKG Technician (CET) 65 Hours
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) Class 135 Hours
Phlebotomy (CPT): Nov 4 – Nov 14
EKG (CET): Nov 18 – Nov 28 (off Thanksgiving Day, 1st week Mon. – Fri., 2nd week Mon. – Wed.)
CCMA: Dec 2 – Dec 20
